ClientNod is a client feedback and approval platform designed for freelancers and agencies. We provide tools for sharing design files, collecting visual feedback, and obtaining formal approvals.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious files or content

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to ClientNod. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide our service.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

ClientNod is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
